1 lb ground beef, lean
1 small onion, chopped
1 can Spanish rice
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 small jar picante sauce
1 small jar taco sauce
1 small can green chilies
1 small can tomato sauce
1 bag tortilla chips
1 block cheese (Cheddar or Colby)

Brown ground beef and onion. Add the rest of the ingredients except chips and cheese. Bring to a boil, stirring often.

Pour chips into oblong cake pan. Spoon meat mixture onto chips. Cover with sliced cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese melts and casserole is bubbly.
