6 fillets of favorite white fish, thawed if frozen
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp butter, melted

Cajun Seasoning Rub
1/4 tsp paprika, and onion powder
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1/8 tsp white pepper, ground oregano and ground thyme

Preheat oven to 350. Combine rub mix and sprinkle over fish fillets. Place in an ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan and sprinkle with lemon just. Drizzle melted butter evenly over fish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
