4 cups diced cooked chicken
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup julienne carrots and cucumber
2/3 cup green onion strips

Dressing
2 tbsp vegetable oil, lemon juice and toasted sesame seeds
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper and dry mustard
Hot pepper sauce, to taste

Combine salad ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate.

Dressing: Combine ingredients and refrigerate. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
