4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup finely crushed round buttery crackers, about 24
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese and finely chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp dried thyme and basil leaves
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 400. Cover 2 baking sheets with foil. Mix crackers crumbs and next 6 ingredients in a dish. Dip chicken pieces into melted butter and roll into crumb mixture. Place about 1/2 inch apart on baking sheets and bake, uncovered, until golden, about 20-25 minutes. Serve with toothpicks.
