Marinade
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
1/3 rice wine vinegar (or a little more after tasting marinade)
2 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teasppoon sesame seed oil
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/2 cup cornstaarch
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teapoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons water
1 egg
3 tablespoon oil or olive oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
4 boneless skinless chicken breats cut into 1 inch pieces.
Mix the marinade and put one cup in a zip lock bag. Put rest of the marinade in refrigerator until later.
Cut up chicken and add to bag
Let marinade at least three hours
Drain the chicken.
Whisk or sift the flour, cornstarch, salt and pepper together.
Dip chicken in 1 egg beaten with 2 tablespoon water then in flour mixture.
Deep fry chicken or pan fry brown on all sides.
Drain cooked chicken on paper towels.
Mix the cold marinade, you have in refrigerator, with 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Place in skillet and bring to boil and add chicken and simmer until thickened.
