Mix the following until fluffy and pour into flat baking dish:
1 large can mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Salt and white pepper
1 cup milk
2 tbsp orange zest, optional
1 tbsp orange juice, optional
1 tsp grated nutmeg, optional
1/2 cup raisins, optional
Mix the following and sprinkle over mix in dish:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows, optional
Slice pats of butter over pecan mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
