3 cup mashed sweet potatoes
1 tbsp vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tbsp salt
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup half and half
1 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup butter, melted

Beat together sweet potatoes, sugar, half & half, eggs, salt, vanilla and cinnamon with mixer until soupy. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Mix flour, brown sugar, pecans, and butter; spread over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until topping is almost hard. Serves 8
