1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar, yellow mustard and Worcestershire sauce
1 quart ketchup
1/2 cup black pepper and red pepper flakes
3 quarts red wine vinegar
1 quart white wine
1 1/2 cups salt
Bring to a boil and simmer about 1/2 hour. Do not cook or stor in aluminum. Store in glass jars. Does not refrigerate.
