2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
1 (18.25-ounce) box white cake mix with pudding
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
1 cup butter, softened
4 cups confectioners’ sugar
2 (6-ounce) packages slivered almonds, toasted

(1) Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 2 (9-inch) round cake pans with nonstick baking spray with flour.
