1 cup fine egg noodles, cooked al dente, drained
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 oz Italian salad dressing
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 tbsp dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp crushed dried basil and grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup frozen peas
1/2 tsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 350. Marinate chicken in dressing for 2 hours in refrigerator. Place chicken in baking pan and pour over dressing. Bake about 10 minutes, top with tomatoes, bread crumbs, basil and cheese. Continue baking until topping is browned, 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat olive oil. Saute cooked noodles and peas for 2-3 minutes; removed from heat to serving plates. Serve cooked chicken over noodles. Serves 4
