2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
4 eggs
2 cups baking mix
2 tsp cinnamon icing (recipe follows)
Candy corn or candy pumpkins garnish (optional)

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a half-sheet baking pan, which is 12x18x1 inch (or use a 15 1/2 x10 1/2 x1-inch pan).

Combine sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs; beat for 1 minute. Stir the Bisquick and cinnamon together; then stir into pumpkin mixture until combined. Pour into greased pan; spread gently with spatula to reach into corners. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Spread with icing and cut into bars.

Icing: Combine 1 (3 oz) pkg softened cream cheese, 1/3 cup softened butter, 1 tbsp milk, 1 tsp vanilla and 2 cups confectioners sugar. Beat until smooth.
