1/2 cup lemon juice, dry white wine and olive oil
1 tsp dried rosemary, grated lemon rind
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf, broken into thirds

Combine ingredients; mix well. NOTE: Use for fish, chicken beef or veal roasts, pork and fish.
