3 lbs round steak, cut in strips
2 tbsp oil
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can tomatoes and green chilies
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can tomatoes
2 tbsp wine vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1 pkg egg noodles, cooked al dente, drained
Grated parmesan cheese

Heat oil in a skillet and brown steak. Combine tomatoes and green chilies with soup mix. Pour over steak. Add remaining ingredients, except noodles and cheese. Simmer until steak is tender, approximately 1-2 hours. Drain noodles and serve the steak mixture on top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
