4 cups bite-sized square oat cereal and square crispy wheat cereal
1 cup salted small pretzel twists and mixed nuts
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
6 tbsp butter
3 tbsp light corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda

Heat oven to 350. Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Combine cereals, pretzels and nuts in pan. Set aside.

Combine next 3 ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full boil (4-6 minutes). Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour over cereal mixture in prepared pan; toss to coat. Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or until coating is set. Remove from oven. Stir.

Spoon cereal mixture onto foil or large ungreased baking sheet. Cool 10 minutes. Break into pieces. Store in air-tight container.
