1 (10 oz) pkg spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup grated parmesan
Preheat the oven to 375. Lightly grease a 7 x 11 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Mix in the artichoke hearts, spinach and cheese. Season with garlic & lemon juice. Spread evenly into prepared baking dish.
Bake covered for 20 min. then remove cover and let bake for 5 more min. or until surface is lightly browned. Serve with Pita Wedges
