1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
2 1/2-3 lb baking potatoes, boiled and drained
1 tbsp butter
Parsley

Preheat oven to 400. Combine the first 4 ingredients. Set aside. Mash potatoes and add combined mixture and continue beating until fluffy and smooth. Spoon into well-butter, shallow 2 quart casserole dish. Dot with butter, sprinkle with parsley. Bake, covered, for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes or until top is golden. Serves 6 Note: Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Bake for 50 minutes.
