Salt, pepper and Greek seasoning or poultry seasoning
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Sprinkle chicken with seasonings. Combine crumbs with next 3 ingredients. Brush chicken with oil and roll in crumb mixture. Place in a shallow baking pan, skin side up. Bake at 425 for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
