1 lb boneless pork shoulder, cut into small pieces
1 lb bulk pork sausage
1/2 cup chopped green pepper and onion
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
2 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained
1 (8 oz) can tomato paste
3/4 cup beer
1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin and salt
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
Sour cream
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Cook first 5 ingredients until meat is cook through. Drain and add next 8 ingredients. Cook, stirring occasionally until it comes to a boil. Cover and reduce to a simmer and continue to cook for 30 hour, stirring occasionally. Removing cover after 30 minutes, stir and continue to simmer. Serve with sour cream and shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
