MONTEREY SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE

4 oz spaghetti, broken into pieces, cooked al dente and drained
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 (6 oz) can French fried onions, divided (1/2 in casserole and 1/2 for topping)

Topping
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Combine ingredients and pur into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with cheese and remaining onions; return to the oven uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
