2 tsp soy sauce, sugar and brown sugar

Combine until most of the sugar has dissolved. Let the mixture sit on the counter to blend. NOTE: Purchase thick fillets and then cut vertically into 1 1/2 inch strips. About 1 hour before cooking, remove the strips from the refrigerator and let soak in marinade at room temperature. Grill over medium heat with on the skin side. Brush on the marinade as the fish cooks.
