1/2 small onion, chopped
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
3-4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1 egg
2 sheets frozen puff pastry or pie crust, thawed

Saute onion in a small amount of butter until transparent. In a bow, mix onions with spinach, cheeses and egg.

Roll puff pastry into a square and cut each sheet into 4 quarters. Divide spinach filling among quarters. Fold squares into triangle, moisten edges of pastry and seal edges. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until golden.
