1 lb large shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh Greek oregano
2 clove garlic, minced
1 (16 oz) can whole tomatoes, drained, halved, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Greek oregano sprigs, garnish

Rinse and drain shrimp. IN a bowl, toss shrimp with lemon juice. In a large skillet, heat oil and add shrimp. Sauce until they turn pink. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Reduce heat to medium. Add onion to shrimp juices in skillet and saute until soft, about 3 minutes. Add oregano and garlic; saute 1 minute. Stir in next 4 ingredients; heat to boiling. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat oven to 425. Lightly grease 4 shallow baking dishes. Divide sauce and shrimp among dishes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5-8 minutes or until sauce bubbles and cheese melts. Garnish with oregano sprigs. Serve immediately. Serves 4
