5 lbs chicken wings
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup salad oil and pineapple juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger
Combine ingredients in a resealable bag. Add chicken and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours on a cookie sheet. About halfway through cooking, turn wings over to brown the other side.
