1 bunch red leaf lettuce, torn
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
Sweet and Sour Dressing
1/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp diced onion
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Salad: Combine ingredients in a bowl and toss with dressing.
Dressing: In a food processor, pulse first 6 ingredients until smooth. With motor running, pour oil through food chute in a slow, steady streak; process until smooth.
