4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Season salt and pepper
1 clove garlic, minced 2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tarragon vinegar
1/3 cup dry sherry

Preheat oven to 350. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place garlic, oil and vinegar into a skillet and add chicken. Saute until golden brown, turning frequently. Remove and place in a baking dish. Pour sherry over all and bake for 10 minutes.
