SPINACH ARTICHOKE BAKE

2 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
1 (14 1/2 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained reserving 1/4 cup liquid
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided

Chop artichoke hearts. Saute onion in butter until tender. Gently stir in spinach, artichokes, reserved liquid, sour cream, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup cheese. Spoon into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Serves 5
