8 oz egg noodles, cooked al dente, drained
2 cups cook and cubed chicken
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
1 can mushrooms, drained
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese, plus additional for topping
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in a saucepan and add flour, whisking until smooth. Gradually add milk and broth; then seasonings and mushrooms. Combine remaining ingredients into sauce and pour into an ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
