BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach
1 can cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition 1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 pkg herb stuffing

Preheat oven to 350. Mix soups and next 4 ingredients. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese and top with herb stuffing. Press down over filling. Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand 30 minutes before serving. Serves 10

NOTE: Can be made night before and baked the next day.
