4 chicken breasts with bone and skin
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice from 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp mixed dried herbs, (sage, thyme, oregano and rosemary)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 375. Rinse chicken under water and pat dry with paper towel. Brush each breast with olive oil and drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper. Place chicken pieces skin side up on a foil-lined baking sheet. Roast for 35 minutes. Served
