2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2/3 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 (16 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
2 (3.9 oz) pkg instant pudding
2 1/2 cups milk
2/3 cup peanuts
1/4 cup grated semisweet chocolate

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together the first 3 ingredients. Press mixture into a 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool. Mix together the next 3 ingredients until creamy. Fold in half of the whipped topping. In another bowl, combine pudding mixes and milk. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the crust. Spoon pudding over peanut butter mixture and spread remaining topping over pudding. Sprinkle with peanuts and grated chocolate. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 8
