1-2 cups sour cream
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped chives
Boil potatoes and garlic in salted water until tender. Drain and place into a bowl. Mash potatoes and garlic; add remaining ingredients; mix well and serve warm. Serves 4-6
