1 tbsp butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 cups milk
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked chicken, chopped and frozen peas, thawed
8 oz seashell macaroni, cooked and drained
1/2 cup crushed potato chips

In a 2-quart saucepan, melt butter. Add onion and mushrooms. Cook until vegetables are tender. Stir in soup and next 4 ingredients, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese until smooth. Add chicken and peas. pIn a 2-quart casserole, combine mixture with shells. Sprinkle top with potato chips. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
