1 lb ground pork
2 small green onions, finely chopped
3/4 tsp ginger powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp soy sauce and rice vinegar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
3-4 large garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1-1/2 tsp cornstarch
Pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

In a bowl using clean hands mix all ingredients together until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or up to 24 hours.

Shape into about 1 or 1-1/2 inch balls. Place onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes.
