4 oz Stilton cheese, crumbled
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup mayonnaise and sour cream
1 tbsp chopped scallions, white and green parts
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Place the Stilton in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade and blend until finely minced. Add the remaining ingredients. Process until smooth. Serve at room temperature. Serves 6-8 Note: I make this for Prime Rib or grilled steaks.
