RIB RUB

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

1/3 cup paprika
3 tbsp dry mustard
2 tbsp EACH onion powder, garlic powder, ground basil and red pepper
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tsp white pepper
(add 1 tbsp seasoning salt if you want the rub to be a little salty)

Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container. When applying to ribs, coat heavily and massage into the meat. Note: If you want to make a sweet rub add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. And/Or if you want it a little spicy add 2 tsp. Cayenne pepper.
