1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust
2 eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup milk
2 (6 oz) cans crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1 tbsp minced parsley
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

In a bowl, beat eggs and add next 3 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Allow to rest about 5 minutes before slicing.
