4 cups cooked, diced chicken
2 cups thinly sliced celery
1 cup chopped cashews
1/2 cup sliced green onions, including some green tops
1 cup mayonnaise and Girard’s Champagne Dressing
1 (24 oz) pkg 10 inch flour tortillas
1 (10 oz) bag romaine and iceberg lettuce blend
Cocktail picks

In a medium bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and dressing, stir into chicken mixture. Arrange tortillas on counter and spread each tortilla with chicken mixture within 1 inch from edge. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup lettuce over each tortilla. Roll tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate up to 4 hours. Unwrap and cut on diagonal into 3 sections. Serve with cocktail picks.
