3 lbs boneless arm steak, 2 1/2 inch thick
Oil
1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning or thyme
1/2 to 1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup beef bouillon, rid wine or white vermouth
1 tbsp butter
Brown steak in oil. Spread 1 tbsp butter over steak; sprinkle with seasonings. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. Spoon off excess fat; add bouillon. Cook over high heat on stove top until liquid is slightly syrupy. Remove from heat; stir in butter. Slice steak very thin diagonally. Pour sauce over steak when serving. Serves 4
