2 medium veal scaloppini
1 cup flour
3 eggs
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup oil
2 oz butter
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste

Dip meat in flour and then in egg. Dip in cheese and back into flour. Fry in oil until golden brown. Drain oil. Add wine, butter, lemon and a pinch of pepper over meat and cook until done. Serves
