2 (10 oz) pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 (6 1/2) oz can marinated artichokes, chopped
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp savory and thyme
1 onion, grated
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
5 eggs, well beaten
Salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste

Place artichokes and the marinade from the jars in a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix everything else together except for 1/2 cup cheese and put in a dish over artichokes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Serves 6
