1 (8 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter, softened
2 (10 oz) pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

Preheat oven to 350. Spread artichokes in the bottom of a buttered casserole dish, in one layer. Top with spinach. Cream together remaining ingredients and spread evenly on top. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 10 minutes. Serves 4
