4 (1 oz) each semi-sweet and unsweetened chocolate baking squares
1/3 cup butter
1 1/2 tbsp instant coffee granules
2 tbsp hot water
2 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder and salt
Line a 13x9inch baking pan with foil and spray entire pan with cooking spray. Melt first 3 ingredients in a saucepan, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir coffee granules and water together until well dissolved. Beat cream cheese and butter until creamy; gradually add 1/2 cup sugar, beating well. Add 2 eggs, 1 at a time, beating until blended. Stir in coffee and vanilla. Fold in 12 cup chocolate chips; set batter aside.
Beat remaining eggs, gradually adding remaining sugar, beating well. Add melted chocolate and 2 tsp vanilla; beat well. Sift together dry ingredients. Reduce speed and add dry ingredients. Beat until well mix. Stir in chocolate chips by hand. Spread 1/2 of chocolate batter evenly in prepared baking pan. Pour cream cheese batter over chocolate batter. Top with remaining chocolate batter; swirl with a knife. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Cool completely in pan on wires rack before cutting into squares.
