12 oz white chocolate
1 oz cherry brandy
8 oz heavy cream

Stir chocolate and cream in a double boiler until chocolate melts. Remove from heat and stir in brandy. Put in fondue pot to keep warm. Serve with pieces of fruit and pound cake cubes.
