2-4 butternut squash, depending on number of people serving
1 small tub sour cream
2 tbsp paprika
1 small pkg bread stuffing
Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350. Slice 2 squash lengthwise in half and scoop out seeds. Do the same with the remaining squash except cut out the insides from the shell leaving only shells of squash. Set those aside.

With other two squash put a little butter in space where seeds were and dollop with butter. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until fork tender. Take out of oven and scoop out all squash from shell. Place squash in bowl; add sour cream, paprika, salt and pepper. Mash until smooth. Spoon mixture in the uncooked squash shells that were set aside and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Place on a cookie sheet and place back into oven for about 20-25 minutes or until tops look firm. Serve in shells.
