1 Dish Pizza Crust OR 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
Olive oil to mist the crust
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
4 oz mushrooms, washed and sliced
Salt according to taste
1 large onion
1 cup marinara sauce
1 lb sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
1 1/4 cups cut up salami or pepperoni
8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Romano and Parmesan Cheeses, grated
3.5 oz sliced black olives, drained
Additional grated Romano and Parmesan Cheese as desired

Preheat oven to 400. Line a vented pizza pan with parchment baking paper that has been trimmed so edges will not hang over the pan or touch the oven wall, place crust on the parchment-lined pan. Mist the crust and the rim with olive oil sprinkle the crust with Italian Seasoning, bake 10 minutes, remove and set aside.

In a large non-stick skillet heat 1 tbsp olive oil, saute the onion until soft, remove and set aside. In the same skillet, adding more oil as necessary saute the green pepper until tender crisp, remove and set aside. In the same skillet, adding more oil as necessary, saute the mushrooms until they have released their juices, remove, drain if necessary and set aside. Adjust salt on the vegetables according to taste.

In the same skillet, saute the onion and until thoroughly cooked. Drain thoroughly, crumble and set aside.

Spread Marinara Sauce over the crust, layer the remaining ingredients over the sauce in the following order: 1/2 the meat, 1/3 of the Mozzarella Cheese, 1/3 of the grated Romano, top with 1/2 the pepperoni, 1/2 each of the onion, peppers, mushrooms and olives.

Continue layering with 1/3 of the Mozzarella and 1/3 of the Romano Cheese, remainder of the sausage, onions, peppers, mushrooms and olives. Top vegetables with the remainder of the pepperoni and the cheeses. Keeping pizza on the pan bake for 10 minutes, or until heated through and cheese has melted. Let cool 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with additional grated Romano and Parmesan Cheese as desired.
