1 prepared angel food cake mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 cups confectioners sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
1 dash nutmeg
1/3 cup rum
1 cup toasted slivered almonds
Whipped topping, thawed

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the yolks, one at a time. Add vanilla and nutmeg. Gradually beat in rum. Fold in 1/3 cup almonds. Cut cake into 3 or 4 layers. Spread butter mixture between layers. Frost with whipped topping. Sprinkle with almonds. Store in refrigerator.
