8 oz camembert cheese and cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp dry white wine
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp ground pecans

In a mixing bowl, combine cheeses until smooth. Gradually beat in wine and Worcestershire sauce. Add in ground pecans. Mix well. NOTE: Fill pastry bag with cheese mixture and squeeze spread onto crackers or French bread slices.
