SWORDFISH WITH PEPPERCORNS

2 tbsp lemon juice
2 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
4 (6-8 oz) swordfish steaks
2 tbsp peppercorns, crushed

Combine first 3 ingredients in a cup. Arrange fish in a shallow dish and pour marinade over. Marinade for 15 minutes. Turn on broiler and remove fish from marinade. Discard marinade. Coat both sides of fish with peppercorns, gently pushing them into the flesh of the fish. Broil 6-10 minutes or until fish turns opaque throughout.
