1-1/2 lbs sirloin steak cut in narrow strips.
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Mix dry ingredients. Mix steak with flour mixture. Put in a small roasting pan or a 2 1/2 quart casserole. Leave all excess flour in pan. Put in oven. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven.

Add next ingredients:
1 small onion chopped
1 green pepper cut up in slivers.
1 (19 oz) can tomatoes.
1 can mushrooms drained.
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen French green beans.

Mix with steak.

Pour over the whole mixture the following: 3 Tbs molasses & 3 tbs soy sauce. Return to oven, decrease temperature to 350. Bake about another hour or longer. Serves 6
