3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 1/4 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 cup cocoa
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp baking soda and salt
1 cup chopped white chocolate
1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
Cocoa or confectioners sugar, for rolling
Melted white, milk or semi-sweet chocolate

Preheat oven to 350. Spray miniature muffin pan with cooking spray. Dump everything in a food processor except chocolate chips. Process to make a smooth, thick batter, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips and spoon mixture into pan. Place on a cookie sheet and bake just until set, about 15-18 minutes.

Cool on a wire rack before removing. Toss in cocola, confectioners sugar, or dip and/or drizzle in melted chocolate. Allow to set before wrapping.
